Team access
Beautystores Ops
The team's own desk: Groupon voucher codes, the redemptions they produce, and the payment report that settles them. Sign in with your work email and we'll send you a link.
Can't get a link? Use the shared key
Break-glass access, for when sign-in emails aren't arriving. It opens the same desk but carries no identity — the header will read "shared key" instead of a name, and nothing recorded from this session can say who was at it. Prefer your own address every other time.
Step one
Deals
A campaign needs a deal and its options before any codes can be generated against it. Options are matched to Groupon's file by name, so an option name has to read word for word like the Groupon deal text.

Redemptions

Every redemption, newest first. Anything needing a person is grouped at the top.
| Status | Voucher | Customer | Item | Linnworks order | Taken |

What the statuses mean
- Failed
- The order never reached Linnworks. Nothing is picked, nothing will ship. Fix and place it by hand.
- Held
- Either the option the customer declared doesn't match what Groupon says they paid for, or the order exists but our record of it failed to save. Do not despatch until it is resolved.
- Pending
- A redemption that started and never finished. Fresh ones are still in flight; older than ten minutes means it stopped.
- Clear
- Order placed, referenced and recorded. Nothing to do.

Import Groupon's payment report

The Merchant Centre payment export, as .xlsx or CSV. Importing the same file twice is safe — every row is recognised by its own contents, so nothing is counted twice — and a later statement replaces an earlier one for the same voucher, which is how a refund arriving in September lands on an August payment.
